We are a bead and jewelry store located on the upper level of the building located on the corner of the State-Gilman-Broom intersection. [Yes, there is an elevator!] Open since 1990, the business has been under the ownership of two longtime managers since 2015 with goals of revamping this State Street "gem" into an updated, creative space!
Our Jewelry: We specialize in LOTS of sterling silver and one of a kind handmade beaded pieces. We pride ourselves on having accessible prices and wish for everyone to be able to afford something of quality in our store.
Our Beads: We have a large selection of loose beads, stranded beads, and tubed beads, along with a variety of stringing materials and findings! Come ready with some ideas so that you have a place to start! Or be prepared to just pick out a bunch of stuff to play with at home. That’s fun, too! We have basic tools for sale as well as some different bead boxes for organizing.
Our Services: We are here to give simple advice to those interested in beading their own jewelry. We are happy to do repairs on jewelry, most of which will be taken as work orders with a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks! Labor and materials costs depend on the project. Acceptance of any project is at our discretion. Do not plan on any projects being done same-day. We do not do soldering. We do not have classes. Our Space: We’ve got A LOT goin on in here! Lots to see & not a lot of free space means that all projects must be taken home by you to work on. We do not currently have work space available.
Our Other Stuff: We also carry a large selection of cotton tapestries, great for walls, tables, couches, curtains, beds, or wherever else you choose to use them! Mostly $34.95-$39.95 and occasionally a variety on sale for just $20! We’ve also got a few earring rack holders, woven hanging plant holders, some sun catchers & prisms, and a selection of little gift boxes & bags for jewelry.
Return Policy: We do not give cash back nor refunds on any purchase, neither cards nor cash. Any return will be for exchange or in-store credit, to be redeemed within one year. Same applies to all gift cards. Gift cards may not be used in our online store. Any returned materials must be in the exact same condition as when purchased, with no signs of wear, within one week, and with the itemized receipt. No returns on any earrings, ear cuffs, nose rings, toe rings, tapestries, nor any jewelry/beads that have been used nor worn.
